The COMMERCIAL AWARD is presented in recognition of significant renovation or restoration work completed on a commercial building, within Burlington city limits, in the last three years.

This year’s award goes to Jannef Holdings, LLC, for their careful restoration of 326 College Street. Stabilizing and reconstructing the massive, two-story portico alone to its former glory was the most significant and visible aspect of the project.
